I remember one particular thing my high school biology teacher told us: say for instance two people were in a car crash. The person who is most likely to die is not the one who is screaming like crazy and moaning from the pain, it's the one who stays silent and on the outside looks like everything is ok, except for a few scratches. He's the one who probably has the most internal injuries. The boy is lucky he survived and his parents were also lucky they found out what happened. Otherwise the kid might've dropped dead within a few days.
