Xi Jinping Promises 0% Tax on 97% of Products Sold to Poor Countries

The leaders of the four BRIC countries (Brazil, Russia, India, and China) recently held talks with the leaders of South Africa during a conference in Durban on March 27. During the conference, Chinese President Xi Jinping stated that China promised to grant the least economically developed countries who have diplomatic relations with China zero tariff on 97% of taxable products. The measures will come into place in 2015.
