Why would anyone care to buy something equal to Section 8 for about a million bucks? And since there are no visa strings attached it would be far worse to buy. Save your money, reinvest at home. Do what they do, save your money and do something good with it. Living in china is renting. the housing is all project like. Not worth more than 50k tops
