"Wuhan is considered to be an extremely livable city with cheap real estate, and good quality water and environment. " LOL, boil the goddamn water and you can taste something, the taste remains even if you use it to make coffee. Cheap real estate ? trololol, idk about the other city but this article seems to be full of shit.
