"Prices are too high, rent is too expensive"....and then they list Sanya as a good choice. Haven't they checked out the massive increase in real estate prices there over the last few years? The place has seen a huge real estate bubble, maybe created by those trying to escape 1st tier prices. I won't deny it is a nice place but very expensive to buy there now.
