My favorite face job was quite overtly advertised. My family, including children, were asked to hang out in a model villa in new development. These were $10 million dollar houses. Anyhow, for 3 hours work we were all, including children, paid 500RMB. Pretty weird and cool. My first teaching job was totally a face job. I wasn't treated very well and I was trotted out to visiting VIPs. It was horrible. Of course, if I had known that to begin with I would have had a different attitude but I was really trying to be a good teacher.
