No, you jumped to conclusions. It would be more fair to say that I think people molest because they want sex. Think about how raped crimes have gone down since the rise of internet pornography. I think you could argue the sex is the desire he wanted. His method of achieving his desire, completely out of line. And for the record, still think it's probably propaganda.
