Why would you doubt the belief of a Christian who drank wine and ate pork? Jesus himself gives wine to people, and I believe it is Acts in the New Testament that removes the Judaic prohibition on eating pork.

Just because those 2 things are prohibited in the Islamic tradition, it doesn't mean that they are in the Christian tradition - on the contrary, they are explicitly condoned! It would be akin to saying "I doubt the faith of a Muslim who does not regard Sunday as the true Sabbath", when it fact that makes no sense for the Muslim tradition.
